Most pieces are handcrafted to order. If your order will take longer than the specified 2 weeks, we will notify you by email or phone. If you would like your piece by a particular please let us know, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Stock ready for immediate despatch can be found under Ready to Ship.
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within Australia via Australia Post (Registered Express Post). Overseas delivery incurs a fee of $30AUD and the purchaser will be responsible for any applicable taxes or duties. Please specify when a parcel is to be delivered by a specific date and we will endeavour to have it there at that time.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to discuss your concerns. Items bought online may be returned for an exchange or credit note within 2 weeks of purchase, subject to being returned (at your expense) unworn, and with all original packaging.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. We will not issue a credit note or provide an exchange unless the product/s are in original saleable condition upon return. We do not take responsibility for returned goods in transit.
For all queries or returns we are happy to accept these at our store. Please ensure proof of purchase is provided.

BSM Designer Jewellery does not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind or incorrect purchase.
- Customised, bespoke items/special requests (unless they deemed defective on arrival, in which case you need to contact us on +613 52296540 within 2 business days of receiving your order).

We do not accept returns or exchanges for pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons. The size & dimensions are provided in our product descriptions and we recommend looking over these to avoid disappointment. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on earrings unless deemed faulty.
