Delivery
Most pieces are handcrafted to order. If your order will take longer than the specified 2 weeks, we will notify you by email or phone. If you would like your piece by a particular please let us know, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within Australia via Australia Post (Registered Express Post). Overseas delivery incurs a fee of $30AUD and the purchaser will be responsible for any applicable taxes or duties. Please specify when a parcel is to be delivered by a specific date and we will endeavour to have it there at that time.

Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to discuss your concerns. Items bought online may be returned for an exchange or credit note within 2 weeks of purchase, subject to being returned (at your expense) unworn, and with all original packaging.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. We will not issue a credit note or provide an exchange unless the product/s are in original saleable condition upon return. We do not take responsibility for returned goods in transit.
For all queries or returns we are happy to accept these at our store. Please ensure proof of purchase is provided.

- Change of mind or incorrect purchase.
- Customised, bespoke items/special requests (unless they deemed defective on arrival, in which case you need to contact us on +613 52296540 within 2 business days of receiving your order).

Payment & Pricing
BSM Designer Jewellery accepts all major credit cards. All prices quoted on the BSM Designer Jewellery website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Display & Care of Jewellery
Each piece of jewellery is displayed as accurately as possible however some variations may occur. All BSM Designer Jewellery pieces are handcrafted using precious metals, diamonds, precious and semi precious gems. Inconsistencies in colour, size and pattern of a gem may be noticed due to the original nature or cut of the stone. Please take care when wearing BSM Designer Jewellery as we do not take responsibility for any breakages that occur through inappropriate handling.
